The areas we fish are accented by turquoise lakes and rivers, glacier crowned mountains, lush plant life, and native forests …great conditions for trouts…
Patagonia lakes are legendary for the wild and trophy-sized brown, rainbow and brook trout. They are fed by innumerable streams and rivers, creating the perfect breeding conditions for very strong, hard fighting fish. The view with the glaciated peaks thrusting up out of the lake is nothing short of breathtaking. The views of the surrounding mountains are majestic and serene. The lack of traffic and noise ensures abundant birdlife.
Most of the lakes we fish from our motor boats, and some others we use the drift boats, where we have the chance we do some wading
Depending of the weather conditions and the time of the season we usually fish dry flies and spot the trouts….dragonflies are the highlights of the season… When we are looking for large trouts or big brookies we use sinking lines and streamers..
