Estancia Arroyo Verde is situated about two hours south from San Martin de los Andes Town and about 1 hour 30 minutes away from Bariloche Airport.
The river runs by shade giving trees over and around boulders and towering rock formations which provide ideal conditions for salmon and trout fishing. The water is gin clear and the light bottom gives the river a distinctive turquoise color hardly ever seen in trout streams.The Traful is known all over the world for the size of the fish and its technical difficulty, nonetheless when things go right it can be one of the most gratifying rivers for any accomplished angler, due to the fact that it is one of the few systems holding big rainbows, browns and landlocked salmon, which at any given time will take a dry fly, nymph or streamer.
The excellent cuisine and service and it’s peaceful ambience surrounded by magnificent sceneries and landscapes will make you feel really relaxed during your stay.
The main house offers 4 comfortable double rooms with private bathrooms, plus a comfortable suite with private bathroom in an adjacent building.
For the ones that enjoy solitude and impressive views, there is a lake cabin available about 5′ away from the lodge, constructed on the most beautiful rocky cliff, overlooking the Traful Lake, witch can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests.
